History

At it's founding in 1998, Jason Rush believed that many people felt distanced and even in some cases forgotten by the big computer manufacturers. So he set up shop in San Clemente CA. Slowly, at first, and with ever increasing client trust, Jason proceeded to put personality back in the computer world. He strived daily to give good old-fashioned customer service, remembering that people are the reason computers even exist.

In 1999 Computers For Starters moved to Huntington Beach to be more localized for our customer's, while at this location we were able to pick up contracts from warranty companies who sell you extended warranties at your local stores ( we cant list them for legal reasons ). This gave us the flexibility to continue to keep our low rates on computer service and also provide you warranty service for your store bought machine.

In 2001 Jason realized that moving yet again would provide customers with better service and response time's, So he moved to Lakewood CA, we were at the time servicing a large portion of Los Angeles County, The Entire County Of Orange and Corona.

In 2003 CFS Los Angeles started sending out its promotional packet's, if you were a CFS 12 months prior to August of the current year you should receive one, these packets contain discounts towards your next service and other valuable information. Also during the 2003 year CFS started offering its free telephone and e-mail technical support to all clients who have used our services within the last 12 month's, this means if you have questions or problems you can call us anytime and we will do our best to help you no charge.

2004 was a big year for Computers For Starters, our clients gave us great reviews on our service in home and with our telephone support, we brought aboard Roy Rush who is now running the Mississippi gulf coast office.

It is now March 2009 and at Computers For Starters things have a changed a lot, Roy Rush of the Mississippi office is now running his shop full time servicing areas within 50 miles at regular rates and beyond that at negotiated rates, Computers For Starters Southern California has expanded in the past few years to service LCD /DLP and Plasma Television's and relocated to the Lake Elsinore area to be even more centralized providing service to Greater Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, Orange and Southern LA counties.
